This beautiful golden Pit Bull Terrier mix is pure sunshine wrapped in a wagging tail and full-body wiggles. From the moment she meets you, she’s ready to shower you with kisses, flop over for belly rubs, and become your very best friend. Honey has truly never met a stranger, everyone she sees is simply a new friend waiting to happen. She’s goofy, affectionate, endlessly friendly, and always ready to make you laugh with her silly personality and happy energy. Whether she’s rolling around for attention, zooming with excitement, or leaning into you for pets, Honey just wants to love and be loved. She can’t wait to find a lucky family to call her own and become someone’s new BFF for life. COMPATIBILITY: Based on our evaluation, we feel that Honey has the potential to get along with other dogs. Honey would do best in a home without cats. MEDICAL NEEDS: Honey has tested positive for heartworm and is currently receiving treatment. Her treatment includes a course of oral antibiotics and a series of injections, all provided and covered by MARL. We’re hoping Honey can enter a foster-to-adopt home during this time, with all treatments scheduled through our vet at MARL. Once her treatment is complete, we can finalize her adoption.
