The dead of winter is not kitten's best friend when they are out there all alone. As you can imagine, Figgy came to us in not the best of conditions as he was surviving on not much more than corn kernels - upon arrival, he was 3.5 lbs and roughly 6 months old. Thankfully, he was smart enough to seek out shelter and help from some very kind people. As Figgy began his journey from an unhealthy, starving, outdoor kitten to one that would become plump, happy, and healthy, he was dealt another blow - he was afflicted with FIP. Thankfully, we have been treating FIP with great success for more than seven years and recognized the signs immediately. Today, Figgy is the picture of perfect health and FIP is just a blip in his medical history.
