Frankie is a gentle little soul who is slowly learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. While he can be cautious at first, we are seeing that he is coming out of his shell within the little time he has been with his fosters. It’s clear that what he truly wants is love.  He’s the kind of dog who will thrive with patience, kindness, and a calm environment where he can continue building confidence at his own pace. Frankie would do best in a quieter home with less chaos and a family willing to let him settle in slowly and feel secure. He is kid friendly and dog friendly.
