About Finley: • Neutered • Up to date on vaccines • Microchipped • House trained & crate trained • Knows basic obedience • Walks well on leash • VERY toy motivated Finley can be unsure around other dogs at first, but we are actively working with him on building confidence and positive interactions. He will also be cat tested soon.
