About Mopsy
Mopsy is an easygoing Rat Terrier mix with a soft spot for his sister, Flopsy, but he thrives just as well on his own. At 8 years old, he’s learned the art of relaxed companionship and carries himself with an affectionate, gentle nature. Mopsy and Flopsy share their space and seem to enjoy each other’s routines, but they’re also open to solo adventures if their new families aren’t ready for a duo. Right now, Mopsy is working on slimming down to stay healthy, so anyone stepping up for him should be prepared for daily walks and portion control. His short coat is simple to manage, and although he’s not yet house trained, consistency and patience will get him there. Above all, Mopsy offers a calm presence and plenty of opportunities for cozy cuddles. He’s already neutered, microchipped, protected from heartworm and fleas, and up to date on his vaccinations. Born April 9, Mopsy is an Aries—expect a dog with heart, energy when it’s needed, and a determined streak. Click apply to start the adoption process.
