About Leo
Leo is a three-legged Aussie mix with a merle-red coat and a big personality. He turned up as a stray, missing a back leg, but doesn’t give it a second thought—his stubby tail keeps up nonstop with his mood. At about 42 lbs and just over 5 years old, Leo’s already been through a lot. A recent skin infection slowed him down, but he’s bounced back, and his coat is still coming in. He’s friendly with other dogs and is unfazed by new people—Leo could charm just about anyone he meets. His social personality really stands out, and he’s always game for a car ride or a casual night around loved ones. Strawberries are not on his list of favorites (don’t even try), but good company certainly is. Leo’s housetraining is a work in progress, and while he’s doing well, continued patience will help him settle into a routine. Cat compatibility is untested but can be checked for those with feline family members. One requirement: approved adopters need an appointment to meet him. Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
