Phoenix von Wiggles is a goofy, affectionate dog who wants very badly to connect with people. He loves attention, leans hard into affection, and greets his favorite humans with nonstop tail wags, dramatic butt thumps, and full-body wiggles. For Phoenix, the hardest part is adjusting to a new home. While he loves people, learning that a new environment is safe takes time for him. He needs adopters who understand that trust and comfort won't happen overnight, but who are willing to give him the consistency and patience he needs to settle in. Once Phoenix feels safe, his personality really comes out. He's playful, social, loves being involved in daily life, and forms strong bonds with his people. Phoenix has been working hard in training and is looking for a home with another friendly dog and adopters committed to helping him continue building confidence as he adjusts.
