Written: 5/4/26 Breed: Pitbull Terrier mix Age: 8 months Weight: 50lbs Meet Mack Truck! Mack Truck is a male, pitbull terrier, mix born September 2025! He is 50lbs of purse snuggles and saliva. Mack came to B&B after being surrendered at the ER after being hit by a car. He will need continuous medical care and has already has speciality surgery. This strong boy had a badly broken pelvis and a skin infection. He recently went back to the vet to get his staple out and he gained weight since surgery, his skin is looking better- but still requires more antibiotics for his ongoing skin condition. Despite all this boy has been through he doesn’t let it stop him from getting all the love! He is just so sweet and absolutely loves to sunbathe especially with other dog friends! He takes direction well as he learns the rules! He’s perfection on a leash and after finding some comfort in his foster home, is completely crate and potty trained. Loves ice cubes, sweet potato fries, and all the snuggles. He is also good with kids! He is the best greeter when you get home full of wiggle butts and kisses! He is obsessed with his person, loves a good snuggle, and will be your absolute best friend! He is being fostered in Richmond, VA and is up to date on core vaccinations, has been dewormed, neutered, microchipped, and is on monthly preventatives. He has been heartworm tested and is negative. His adoption fee is $375 and covers the cost of core vaccinations along with the cost of his care while in foster. We require that all adopters, regardless of the dog’s age, are committed to ongoing training and socialization as part of responsible ownership.
