As soon as you make eye contact with Magnolia, she starts purring, slow blinking, and making air biscuits. She takes her job seriously, though sometimes she does require a nap to recharge. Who can blame her? Chief Biscuit Maker is a demanding job! This 2-year-old lady will make a lovely companion for someone looking for a calm, sweet roommate to share their home with. Email us today! Therefore, if you are interested in a pet but want to see them during our shelter open hours prior to filling out an application, we strongly recommend that you email us at adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org before visiting the shelter to ensure they are still there. Open hours are Wednesdays 1:30-6pm, and Saturdays and Sundays 10am-2pm for you to come view our adoptable pets. You can apply for animal at the shelter during our open hours or online by emailing adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org and asking for an application. Adoption fees allow our non-profit to continue to help pets in need. Meet and greets with animals are scheduled after applications have been processed and we’ve determined you are the best fit. We do not operate on a first come, first served basis.
