Paul is a chatty, outgoing fellow who is about 5 years old. He received a dental in our care to remove some broken teeth and give him a good brush (this is an amazing perk for his adopter since dentals are super costly!). Paul is FIV+ so would need to be an only cat or live with another FIV+ animal (although Paul seems to be a lover not a fighter, so if he was with another friendly cat, it would likely be fine). He would probably do fine in a home with a dog or children. If you like a cat who has lots of stories to tell, Paul is your guy! We do NOT respond to PetFinder inquires; we only respond to emails sent to adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org regarding adoption inquires. We never know how quickly a pet will be adopted. Therefore, if you are interested in a pet but want to see them during our shelter open hours prior to filling out an application, we strongly recommend that you email us at adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org before visiting the shelter to ensure they are still there. Open hours are Wednesdays 1:30-6pm, and Saturdays and Sundays 10am-2pm for you to come view our adoptable pets. You can apply for animal at the shelter during our open hours or online by emailing adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org and asking for an application. Adoption fees allow our non-profit to continue to help pets in need. Meet and greets with animals are scheduled after applications have been processed and we’ve determined you are the best fit. We do not operate on a first come, first served basis.
