At around 4 years old, Boss has left his tough street-cat days behind and fully embraced the good life. Now, he’s rediscovering what it means to just be a happy cat — playing with feather wands, carrying around his favorite stuffed banana toy, and curling up in soft cat beds like he’s always belonged there. Boss is a total lap cat who is incredibly affectionate and loves spending time with his people. If you’re looking for a cat who wants to cuddle, keep you company, and make you feel loved every day, Boss is your guy. He also has an adventurous side and enjoys supervised backyard time on a harness, where he can soak up the sunshine and keep an eye on the neighborhood. A catio is basically his dream come true — he could spend hours happily bird-watching and enjoying the fresh air. Boss also loves to chase little stuffed mice and springs, and he never says no to a good wand toy session. Boss would do best in a home with other older cats who match his energy level. He can take a little time warming up to other cats, but once he feels comfortable and secure, he does well with them. Boss does need an over-the-counter urinary diet, and Royal Canin is currently his favorite.
