He’s the kind of kitten who can turn just about anything into a toy and is perfectly happy entertaining himself, romping with his foster brother, or recruiting his foster human for playtime. Wand toys, crinkly toys, anything that moves—Helios is all in. This sweet yet shy boy is very food-motivated, which makes winning him over easy—bring treats and you’ll be on his good side in no time. Helios can be timid when meeting new people and prefers to take things at his own pace, but with a little patience and consistency, he blossoms into a gentle, affectionate companion. Once he feels safe, his sweet personality really shines. Helios would do best in a calm home where he can settle in and build confidence without too much chaos. Because of his shy nature, he’d likely be happiest in a home without young children, though respectful older kids who understand cat boundaries could be a good fit.
