About Frodo
Frodo is a large, impressive orange tabby whose short coat catches the light when he settles in his favorite sunny window hammock. Early on, Frodo was wary thanks to his start outdoors in a feral colony, but lately he’s showing just how much warmth and affection he has to offer. He’ll follow you from room to room, gently rubbing up against your legs and making sure you know he’d appreciate a little attention—unless you’re picking him up, which isn’t his thing. Food and treats always earn you extra points in his book. Frodo strikes a nice balance between laid-back and playful. He’s the sort of cat who can entertain himself with toys (he’s a connoisseur of electronic butterflies) but will also observe calmly from a window, watching everything outside. Frodo gets along well with most other cats, especially kittens—he’ll jump into their games after sniffing out the vibe. With adult cats, he does better if they’re quiet and easy-going. Dogs are in the cards as well, provided there’s a thoughtful introduction. Frodo was born around August 5, so he’s a Leo—expect a cat who loves praise and can be bold when he feels safe. He’s fully vetted, neutered, and vaccinated, and he keeps himself using the litterbox. Frodo is located in Tulsa, OK, but can also be adopted beyond the local area.
