Cat friendly: coexists happily, would also be fine as a single Dog friendly: With a calm dog and slow introductions Kid friendly: Ages 8 and up Special needs: None 🐾🐾GETTING TO KNOW ME Claudette is a gentle lover who believes in peace and tranquility. She is sweet, affectionate, loves a good lap, and keeps herself away from trouble. She has a thick, soft coat that is easy to maintain. Claudette enjoys having a comb run through her regularly to keep her mat free and low shed. Your will keep her coat looking its best using a metal comb (we like Chris Christensen grooming combs). Brushes don’t typically get through the layers, and they do break off a lot of hair. Claudette has been a part of a larger group of ragdolls and keeps herself out of trouble but is not shy or a wall flower. She is happy to wait for her turn and when a lap is free, she loves to fill it. She does not need to be first in line for anything but really enjoys it when it is her turn. She enjoys a tall cat tree, a window, some sunshine, and sweet talk. Mealtime is an occasion she enjoys. Twice daily meals of Honest Kitchen dehydrated food along with a sampling of kibble for snacks, are the standard for her. She has perfect litterbox habits sharing boxes that are large and open with clumping unscented litter. Claudette does well with easy going kitties, would likely be fine with a respectful dog as well as kids who are respectful and know how to handle and engage with furry family members. Some play time with a wand toy would make for the best pals. 🐾VETTING PROVIDED Claudette is spayed, has been examined by a veterinarian, and is ready for adoption. She is vaccinated, has tested negative for FIV and FeLV, has had a dental cleaning with extractions, and is microchipped. Her medical records will be provided once the adoption is complete. 🐾LOCATION AND ADOPTION Claudette is being fostered in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Her adoption fee is $400. PurrHarmony, Inc. does not transport or ship cats, but long-distance adopters are welcome. Adopters must travel either to the foster home or to the airport nearest the foster home, at the foster parent’s discretion. Pickup must be within two weeks of approved adoption.
