Meet Nimbus: a strikingly handsome shepherd mix with soulful eyes and a heart to match. Nimbus is a deep, introspective boy who will make you feel like the most important person in the room. Gentle, loyal, and highly affectionate, this gorgeous boy is a cuddle champion and easy-going companion. He'll tuck his head right into your lap and stay there as long as you'll let him (and honestly, you won't want him to move). He's a quiet soul who expresses himself in the most endearing ways: a soft grumble when he wants more pets, a thoughtful head tilt when you're talking to him, and those big, expressive eyes that say everything words can't. Nimbus is a fantastic listener: he'll hang on your every word like it's the most fascinating thing he's ever heard. On walks, Nimbus is a dream! He is a true gentleman who matches your pace and stops to appreciate the little things (those flowers aren't going to smell themselves). At home, he is the designated couch potato and will patiently wait for you to finish work before the fun begins. No fuss, no drama: just good company. Nimbus tends to take his time warming up to new people and situations, cautiously assessing his surroundings to make sure he's safe. But once he decides you're safe? His loyalty and affection are completely yours. When he's feeling unsure, a few words of encouragement and some chest scratches go a remarkably long way! Nimbus is still growing into his brave, playful side - tentatively discovering toys and learning that the world is a pretty wonderful place! He's fantastic with other dogs, bringing his gentle nature to his four-legged friendships. Larger dogs may give him a moment's pause, but with a little encouragement, he's proven he can make friends with anyone. And if you want to win his heart instantly? Bacon-flavored anything or cheese is the fastest way to a Nimbus-sized love story (and of course, he takes treats ever so gently too!). Nimbus is an incredibly special dog who will make a steadfast and loving companion to the lucky family who opens their home and heart to him.
