--FOSTER PUPDATE-- Karen Wheeler A180543 46 lb. spayed female, approx 1 1/2 years old -I love being around people, and snuggling with them. I'm not a lap dog, but I want to stay close. If you go too far away, I might call for you to come back (don't worry, I quiet down after a few minutes). -I'm not very treat motivated, I thrive on pets and kisses! I'm still working on basic commands like "sit" and "stay", but I know "go to bed!" and I respond to my name. -Despite my resting frown face, my tail is always going. I am working on the world record for most tail wags per hour. My tail has been described as dangerously happy! -I love going for walks and I'm learning not to pull on a leash! -I would love a fenced yard. I love nothing more than to zoom around an open yard for ten minutes before settling down for a nap. -I'm a bit of a potty holder but I'm almost perfectly potty trained. I respond well to a consistent routine and regular chances to go outside. -I love playing with other dogs! I'm curious and friendly, but I also know how to give space to the older dog I love with. I've also lived in a house with a cat and was curious, but didn't chase. -I'm great with kids. No jumping or growling or barking. Just lots of kisses, (and watch out for my happy tail!) I get a little worried when babies cry, so I'd do best in a home with ages toddler and up. -I like squeaky toys, and keep a collection of them in my bed. I sometimes sleep there, but I prefer sleeping with the humans. This pet is in a foster home!
