Meet Dora, a tortie with a big personality and an even bigger love for attention! At just 2 years old, this social girl is full of life, love, and plenty to say-she's talkative, playful, affectionate, and always ready to be part of whatever you're doing. If there's attention to be had, Dora plans on getting all of it... and maybe stealing some from the other cats too! She definitely likes being the star of the show. Dora is wonderful with children and loves interactive play, cozy cuddle time, and yes-even belly rubs! She's the kind of cat who wants to be involved in your daily life, whether she's chasing toys, chatting about her day, or soaking up your affection. Since arriving here, Dora has been feeling a little shy and unsure in her new surroundings, so she'll need a family willing to give her a little patience and let her settle in at her own pace. Once she feels safe, her fun-loving, affectionate personality is sure to shine. If you're looking for a cat with charm, confidence, and lots of love to give, Dora may be your perfect match. Change is hard for this cat. This cat will be very nervous when you first bring them home. You will need to set up a room with a litter box, food, and water. It will take days for this cat to become comfortable and confident in the new home. This cat will be going home with a behavior plan that will need to be followed in order for everyone to transition successfully. Ready to Adopt? You have two options: #1- VISIT IN PERSON Come during our open adoption hours: Tuesday - Saturday,12:30 - 3:00pm. You'll be able to meet available cats in the shelter.
