Shelly is a petite terrier mix with a loving, affectionate personality. At a little over a year and a half old, she weighs about 18 pounds and is the epitome of a lap dog—she craves cuddles and thrives on close companionship. Potty training is already checked off her list, so she’ll be an easy fit for a new home from day one. Currently, Shelly is undergoing heartworm treatment, but her adopter won’t need to worry about the cost—her care is fully covered. All she needs is someone willing to bring her to a few remaining appointments at Emancipet in Austin through July. Once she finishes her treatment, she’ll be all set for a bright, active future.
