This one year old new boy to the shelter is already loved by everyone. Nothing but rave reviews from the staff and volunteers. Chibbs was given up because his people were moving. He was a little sad at first and is now doing well and ready for a new family. Chibbs is a wonderful and very friendly boy - don't miss out on meeting him!
