About Putter
Putter is a sweet 14-year-old red piebald Dachshund who landed in rescue alongside her companion Sable after their family could no longer care for them. After settling into her foster home, Putter has shown real progress and is finally ready for a loving, permanent place to call her own. She does well with other dogs, does fine with cats, and would be happiest with someone who’s around much of the time or another friendly dog to keep her company. While her buddy Sable is staying in long-term foster care, Putter is looking forward to thriving with someone patient and kind. She handles change well for a senior and is eager for the kind of home where she’ll receive plenty of gentle attention and care as she enjoys her golden years. Ready to fall in love?
