Rocky, Male, 3 years old, 50 pounds Rocky is a wonderful 3yr old mixed breed male, only weighting 50lbs. He is friendly, playful and affectionate. Rocky came to us through another rescue transfer and would love to find his forever home with you! Rocky did test Heartworm positive and received his first treatment on 5/12/26. Adopters will need to bring him back to FAPL for 2nd and 3rd treatments, at no additional cost. Adoptions staff will be happy to answer any questions on this treatment. No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption. If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment. All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested. Upon visiting FAPL, if you don’t see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
