At 8 years old, she’s not asking for much- just a loving home where she is treated like royalty! Dusty is a big gal, but please don’t let her size fool you. She’s very easy on a leash, gentle, and calm. If you are looking for a laid back dog, just a loyal companion- Dusty is absolutely the perfect choice! Dusty lived with other dogs previously and is ready to leave shelter life behind! Today is the perfect day to make Dusty’s dreams come true! No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption. If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment. All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested. Upon visiting FAPL, if you don’t see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
