I am your typical malamute with all the personality to match. I love talking to people and will happily tell you all about my day. I am smart, curious, and always looking for my next adventure. Because of that, I do have a talent for escaping if given the chance. Climbing fences and hopping kennels are just part of my skill set, so I will need a secure home that can keep up with me. I walk well on a leash and enjoy getting out to explore. I can do well with some other dogs, but I like to “vibe check” everyone first to make sure we are a good match. When it comes to people though, I am all about love and attention. Personal space is not really my thing. If you sit down, expect me to be right there beside you trying to cuddle and snuggle as close as possible. I would do best with someone familiar with malamutes or other working breeds that understands my goofy, vocal, adventurous personality and can give me both attention and structure.
