Sitka is a striking young Siberian Husky, about 7 months old, who came into rescue after being found abandoned out in the country. He's got a noticeably long coat and a definite soft spot for people—he wants to be someone's new best friend. Sitka is already neutered, has been wormed, treated with Frontline, and his vaccinations are up to date. He's a classic Husky: a great fit for an active, experienced home where outdoor adventures and a steady routine are the norm. Families with children over 6 are welcome, as he gets along well with kids, other dogs, and even cats. He is not yet house trained, so patience and a consistent schedule will be needed.
