About Buddy

Say hi to Buddy! This three-year-old Corgi/terrier mix landed at the rescue at the start of May. Buddy stands out for his compact, mighty build and an even bigger personality. Despite being small to medium in size, he comes with plenty of presence. Exploring outdoors is a favorite pastime, and frequent walks help burn off his energy. Buddy does tend to pull on leash, so a harness is suggested when heading out. He's shown some leash reactivity with other dogs, so he’ll need slow, managed introductions if you have other pups. On first meetings, Buddy can be wary of new people, but with a bit of patience, he quickly warms up and soaks in all the pets he can get. Buddy is neutered, microchipped, and current on his vaccinations. His compatibility with dogs, cats, or children hasn't been fully assessed, so a meet and greet with household pets is required before adoption. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
