Meet Charming Charlie! This sweet angel of a dog was surrendered to a local shelter by his owner through no fault of his own. Charlie is very shy but is as sweet as they come. He would love a family to help him build his confidence and show him what a loving home truly is. He loves his humans and does well with the little boy and other dogs in the house.
