About Jd
Meet JD, a striking orange tabby with a bold heart and a quiet determination. JD’s soft, short coat flashes vibrant ginger stripes with a touch of white just under his chin. His round head and expressive green eyes give him a soulful look that draws you in, while his pink nose and solid frame stand out in the room. At about three years old, JD has already lived a hard street life, braving the elements and fending for himself as an unneutered tom. Now neutered and safe, he’s left survival behind and shows boundless curiosity for his new world. JD is truly a people cat—he’s interactive, vocal, and loves nothing more than to follow you around, weaving between your legs and offering gentle head bunts. Chatty meows and affectionate chirps fill the air whenever JD’s nearby. Volunteers adore his outgoing and loving nature. Yet, for all his warmth, JD tolerates no other animals. He must be the only pet and king of his castle, with no cats or dogs, and an adult-only household. Future adopters should keep home security in mind, as JD shows a knack for plotting an escape when doors or windows open. JD is FIV-positive, so he’ll need an indoor-only life, consistent vet care, and a solid diet. With the right adult or couple, JD will surely trade his street days for a lifetime of affection and calm. Click apply to start the adoption process.
