About Eclipse

Eclipse lives up to his name—a little shining star with a mini-panther look, sleek black coat, and those standout white toes on his back paws. Now about eight and a half months old, Eclipse was originally shy and a bit spicy, arriving at the cat center as a kitten with his siblings Lunar and Solstice. A foster home helped him open up, and he's grown into a fun, quirky boy with endless curiosity. He’s the type who finds joy in every toy, with a special love for tunnel tubes, springs, and play mice. Eclipse also has a flair for relaxing, often spotted lounging in his hammock. While he’s not the “curl-up-in-your-lap” kind, Eclipse does like to be petted—on his terms—and the volunteers have noticed he enjoys gentle, focused playtime sessions. Social with his sister and other cats, he’d thrive with a feline companion, maybe even Solstice if someone is open to adopting both siblings. Eclipse is on a special diet to keep him healthy and balanced. He is now neutered, up to date on core vaccinations, negative for FeLV/FIV, flea treated, and microchipped. He’s house trained and ready to transition into a loving home where his unique personality and playful quirks will be valued—somewhere he can continue blossoming. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
