Meet Vaeda (think My Girl) an 12 week old mix breed girl weighing in at 26 lbs. She is the sweetest girl anyone could ask for and is waiting for her forever home! Vaeda does well in her crate during the day time, but has been a little spoiled at night. She is working on potty training, and is finally getting used to walking on the leash. Vaeda would do incredible with a family that has children and/or another dog to play with as she has so many puppy wiggles to get out. She's a gentle, playful, loving girl. She plays hard and sleeps even harder (especially during night time hours). Vaeda goes to bed at night and we have to actually wake her up to go potty in the morning. When you find an animal you are interested in, we ask that you fill out an application on our website, PawsUp4Rescue.org/adopting as a first step so we can determine if your family is a good fit for the animal. If you are, then we will contact you to arrange a time for you and your family to meet the animal so you can decide if it is a good fit. If you currently have dogs, we require them to be present at the meeting to ensure it's a good fit all around. Once compatibility is determined, we move on to the paperwork and finalize the adoption. If the meet is not a good fit, we will keep your application on file for 6 months and will gladly consider your family for another dog.
