About Josie
Josie is a three-month-old, 10 lb black and white Labrador Retriever mix with a short coat and plenty of energy to spare. She acts like your own cuddly shadow, always wanting to be near her people whether you're moving from room to room or settling in for some downtime. Josie truly thrives on connection and will do her best to be part of everything you do. With other dogs or humans, she plays hard and stays goofy, unleashing a playful spirit that keeps things light. Still, she's young and figuring out boundaries and personal space, so a home ready to keep her training consistent will see her manners improve quickly—she’s toy- and treat-motivated, which means progress comes fast. Keep in mind that Josie’s curiosity is as strong as her affection. She often thinks anything she can reach might be fair game for play, so a bit of puppy-proofing helps her learn what’s hers. She’s working on crate training but will tell you she’d rather not be alone for long. Positive routines and encouragement will help her settle in. She does well with other dogs, kids, and even cats, so she’s open to many types of homes—bonus points if you’re active and have time to play. In return, Josie will pile on the love, laughter, and loyal companionship. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
