He has a mellow, easygoing personality, but don't let that fool you-he's always up for a game of fetch or a little wrestling session if you are! This sweet boy truly loves being close to his people. Whether he's curled up next to you on the couch or simply keeping you company around the house, Phil is happiest when he's near his humans. He gets along well with other dogs, but his heart really belongs to his people. Phil is the definition of an easy companion-he's potty trained, walks nicely on a leash, and doesn't bark when left alone indoors. While he enjoys his walks, he's just as content relaxing inside and soaking up the cozy life. Phil would thrive in just about any environment, from a city apartment to a quieter rural home, as long as he has someone to love and snuggle with.
