Blaire is at our shelter. Please submit an application from our website or just come in to meet her during open hours! Beautiful Blaire was found waiting on a corner for over 24 hours..and never gave up until someone stopped to help her. She made it to Chicago Animal Care and Control, where she spent over a month waiting patiently to be noticed. She would sit quietly on her dog bed, sad and defeated, and was likely overlooked for this. Thankfully, a foster noticed how special she was and opened up her home to Blaire and we were able to rescue this precious girl. She's just about as wonderful as they come. Silly, snuggly, and happiest right by your side. She's a lap dog with good manners and a growing confidence that's been so special to watch! Blaire has done well meeting other dogs, too.
