About Pilot
Pilot is a 4-year-old Border Collie bursting with classic breed energy and affection. Deeply attached to his humans, he’s happiest playing relentless games of fetch, dozing in his favorite spot on the bed, or trailing you everywhere—bathroom included. He’s all heart: generous with kisses, quick to greet new faces, and completely at ease with children. Having lived alongside other dogs, Pilot gets along, but he’s much more people-oriented and truly shines soaking up one-on-one attention as someone’s loyal companion. Food and treat motivated, he’s sharp and loves to show off just how charming he can be. Pilot overcame a spinal injury (FCE) and, while he maintains a slightly crooked walk and has undergone physical therapy, his spirit isn’t dulled—he’s as joyful and ready for action as ever. It’s worth noting he has a strong prey drive, so cats or small animals aren’t a fit for him. This is a dog seeking someone who’ll return the devotion he so freely gives. Start your journey together!
