About Sunnie In Ky

Sunnie is a joyful Great Pyrenees and Border Collie mix who lives up to her name. Rescued from Kentucky with her five puppies, Sunnie quickly settled into foster life, showing off impressive house manners—she’s housebroken, crate trained, walks well on leash, and knows basic commands like sit, down, fetch, and easy. Sunnie finds happiness darting through the house with zoomies, playing fetch, and relaxing with belly rubs and ear scratches. Her coat is short and easy to maintain, and she has a lovely combination of white, cream, and black fur. She’s a smart, playful soul who thrives with companionship and truly loves her people. Sunnie leans in for affection and will gladly climb into your lap when invited, her enthusiasm matched only by her gentle nature. She loves car rides and navigates public places confidently. While adaptable and affectionate, Sunnie prefers a home where she’s the only dog or possibly living with a small canine companion. A five-foot fence is ideal to keep her safe, or she can be a leash-walk-only pup for those without a secure yard. Loud noises can make Sunnie uneasy—her new family should offer her a calm home environment. Sunnie does well meeting new people with a little time to settle and is notably good with children and other dogs. Her balance of energy and relaxation makes her easy to live with, and her expressive grin makes it hard not to fall for her. Click apply to start the adoption process.
