Jack & Sofee are a pair of 12-year-old beagle/basset siblings who have spent their entire lives together. Recently, their longtime family had to move into an apartment with no yard and a young child, which created challenging conditions for these seniors. Both weigh around 25-30 lbs. Jack enjoys a good game of fetch with his bones and has a deeply affectionate side, though he's a bit reserved due to a bad experience with a large dog years ago—some calming supplements might help him relax. Sofee is the more social of the two, loves affection, and walks well on a leash. While they are dearly loved old-timers, their family hopes to find them a home where they can settle in and be comfortable—ideally together. Jack & Sofee are house trained and up to date on vaccinations. Jack does have a Grade II heart murmur but does not need medical intervention at this time.
