Luna came to the rescue along with several other dogs after their previous owner could no longer keep them. She’s estimated to be between two and three years old, large in size, and a gorgeous German Shepherd-Husky mix. Initially, Luna is on the timid side – she’ll likely watch new people carefully from a distance. Given a bit of time and patience, she warms up and shows her loyal, loving side. She gets along with other dogs and may thrive best in a house with older, dog-savvy children, as a rowdy or unpredictable environment could make her nervous. Luna hasn’t met cats since arriving, so her feline compatibility is unknown. She’s vaccinated, microchipped, house trained, heartworm negative, and will be spayed prior to going home.
