About Simien
Simien is a purebred Pomeranian who came in with his brother, both looking for loving permanent homes. Simien is a sweet, gentle boy who adores being held and simply spending time with his person. With his long brown and black fur, Simien appreciates both attention and a sense of securityāhe likes to explore a safe yard, play with other friendly, small dogs, and enjoys downtime in his crate where he settles quietly. He can be a little shy during transitions but responds well to kindness and patience, and heās eager to be the center of someoneās world alongside his brother if possible. Adopters must have a securely fenced yard directly accessible from the house and commit to a solid grooming plan or have grooming experience. Simien is not yet house trained, so patience and a routine will be key during his adjustment period. A sturdy, escape-proof crate is also required; wire or soft crates won't be accepted due to safety. No apartments, and homes with children are not being considered for Simien. Adoption is limited to Western Washington (and possibly Northern Oregon) with meet and greets in Poulsbo, WA only. Special consideration will be given if you can adopt Simien and his brother together. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
