I am 4 years old. Meet Aluna! This cautious girl is looking for a real connection with her person. She can be a bit nervous when meeting new people and may come across as shy or guarded at first, but underneath it all, she’s just looking for love and a sense of security. Aluna isn’t overly motivated by treats; instead, she thrives on praise and physical affection, making those quiet, bonding moments even more special. Once she starts to feel comfortable, her personality really begins to shine, and you’ll see her fun, active side come out with adorable play yard Aluna's notes from her previous home included that she lived successfully with children of all ages. She is reported to be housebroken and crate trained, which should help with a smoother transition into her new home. She doesn’t have experience living with cats or other dogs and can be a bit nervous around louder dogs in the shelter environment. Because of this, she would benefit from a home that can give her time to decompress and build confidence at her own pace, along with slow, thoughtful introductions to any new experiences or potential animal companions. Intake Reason: Owner Surrender due to the health of the owner This pet is up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered and microchipped.
