About Styx

Meet Styx 🩷 Proof That Second Chances Stick Styx is about 5 years old and has a quiet resilience and the sweetest soul. After everything she's been through, she's ready to leave her past behind and settle into the loving home she's always deserved. She's a big, gentle sweetheart who truly loves everyone. Styx is wonderful with other dogs, great with friendly cats, and absolutely adores children. She's never met a stranger. When she's around a more timid cat, she respectfully gives them space. Styx is completely house trained, crate trained, and perfect on a leash. She's easy to live with and has a calm, low-energy personality inside--happy to lounge on her big fluffy bed (she prefers the floor over furniture). Outside, she lights up. She loves to run, play fetch, and splash in the water--but always with a gentle, easygoing style. One of her cutest quirks? She almost always carries around a toy in her mouth--it's her comfort and her joy. She also loves bath time (yes, really!) and being wrapped up in towels afterward--it's her version of a spa day. Styx does have special dietary needs and must remain on a hydrolyzed protein diet for life to keep her allergies under control. As long as she stays on the right food, she does great. She's been waiting a long time for someone to see just how special she is. Styx doesn't need much--just a loving home, a soft place to rest, and someone willing to keep her on the diet that keeps her feeling her best. In return, you'll get the sweetest, most loyal companion you could ask for. Name: Styx Breed: Rottweiler/Crossbreed (Breed mix is not guaranteed-no DNA testing done).
