I'm Banjo, a lovable huggable hound-mix boy with the most soulful eyes, lots of loosey goosey skin and a heart of gold that's eager to please. at (about) 11 weeks old and already 23 lbs, it's clear I'm going to be a big boy-and my big paws are just the beginning! I enjoy romping around the house and yard playing with my siblings and gnawing on my toys. I'm social, fun-loving, and always ready to make new friends. with my clumsy gait and goofy charm, it's impossible not to fall in love with me. I'm also off to a great start with potty training and am doing a wonderful job learning the basics like sit and come. like most any puppy, i will continue to thrive with consistency, patience, and tlc. gosh, I'm oh so ready to bring joy, laughter, and lots of cuddles to my forever home. If you're looking for a playful companion who will grow into "a hunk a hunk of burning love", I'm your guy come on out to me me! Our adoption process is usually quick but may take up to two weeks. When you find an animal you are interested in, we ask that you fill out an application on our website, PawsUp4Rescue.org/adopting as a first step so we can determine if your family is a good fit for the animal. If you are, then we will contact you to arrange a time for you and your family to meet the animal so you can decide if it is a good fit. If you currently have dogs, we require them to be present at the meeting to ensure it's a good fit all around. Once compatibility is determined, we move on to the paperwork and finalize the adoption. If the meet is not a good fit, we will keep your application on file for 6 months and will gladly consider your family for another dog.
