The reward is watching Honey's personality bloom into the loving, happy dog she truly is.</p> <p data-start="639" data-end="1095">One thing Honey absolutely loves is other dogs! She needs a playful medium or large canine companion in her forever home to help continue building her confidence and show her how fun life can be. Honey enjoys running, chasing, and playing with her dog friends and often follows their lead. Like many shepherds, she can occasionally be a little awkward and may try to herd or gently nip during play, so a dog comfortable with that play style would be ideal.</p> <p data-start="1097" data-end="1510">Honey is housebroken and crate trained and has wonderful house manners. She would enjoy a home with a securely fenced yard (minimum 5-foot fence required) where she can safely stretch her legs and play. Because she can still become startled in new situations, she will need careful supervision and should remain on leash in the yard during her adjustment period while she learns that she's safe and home for good.</p> <p data-start="1512" data-end="1844" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">With patience, consistency, and another confident dog by her side, Honey continues to gain confidence every day. She is truly a delightful dog who forms deep bonds with the people she loves.
