MY AGE: 1 year WEIGHT: 55 lbs. MY STORY: Meet Eden, a sweet scruffy girl who recently arrived from Alabama and has already stolen the hearts of our volunteers. She is one of those dogs that is just easy to love. Sweet, affectionate, happy, and so much fun to be around. Honestly, a young, larger scruffy dog usually comes with a little chaos and questionable manners — but Eden surprised everyone. Volunteers say she walks nicely on leash, enjoys stopping to sniff the world around her, and actually listens when you talk to her. She has a calmness and sweetness about her that makes spending time with her feel effortless. And beyond all that? She is a total love bug. Eden enjoys attention, wants to be near her people, and has the kind of personality that makes her feel like an old friend almost immediately. Add in that adorable scruffy black coat and expressive face, and she is pretty hard to resist. Someone is going to be very lucky to end up with this wonderful dog.
