About Fancy Needs Summer

Fancy is a 4-year-old, 55-pound Lab/Boxer mix who’s spent over three years waiting for her family—far too long for such a good-natured dog. She’s currently being fostered in the South and will be transported to New England at no extra cost once adopted. Fancy can be a bit shy meeting strangers, but after a good belly rub she warms up fast and forms strong bonds. She’s affectionate and loyal, loves being told how pretty she is, and genuinely likes being around people, including children. Friendly with other dogs, she enjoys the outdoors and will thrive with a playful companion. While Fancy is mellow overall, she’s definitely not boring. She can be quite playful and gets a real kick out of exploring new places or just hanging out in a yard. She is still working on basic skills like crate training, leash walking, and housebreaking, so she’ll need consistent guidance in her new home. Up to date on vaccines and spayed, Fancy is ready to start her next chapter. She’s a sweet, friendly girl who’s been overlooked far too long. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
