About Rocky

Rocky arrived as a stray after wandering his neighborhood, dealing with fleas that left him with some missing fur. Fortunately, he bounced back quickly once under care. Despite having a microchip, his original owner couldn’t be reached. Once his stray hold ended, Rocky underwent temperament testing with other dogs and around food, handling it all with flying colors. He’s mellow and mild-mannered, not the type to make a fuss, and truly shines when he’s with other dogs—including large males. Rocky walks politely on a leash, enjoys a calm stroll, and his laid-back attitude makes him a favorite among staff. He’s a sweetheart through and through, genuinely good-natured. While he still needs work on house training, his friendly and gentle manner makes him easy to root for. Rocky is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, heartworm tested, microchipped, and has started on flea and heartworm prevention. Fun fact: as an Aries, Rocky brings low-key charm and quiet confidence to any home. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
