About Nova

Click apply to start the adoption process. Miss Nova is a 2-year-old sweetheart who may be a little reserved at first, but once she feels comfortable, her love and devotion shine through. She transforms into a classic velcro dog, eager to be by your side and cherish every cuddle. Nova is a clever girl who has mastered commands like sit, lay down, roll over, paw, up, and even an occasional twirl. She takes treats gently and has displayed a gentle nature with children. While Nova prefers human companionship over sharing attention with other animals, she politely asks for her space around other pets, sometimes giving a soft growl if they approach her face. Due to some nervous peeing when she's unsure, Nova needs a patient home that can help her grow in confidence. With your time, love, and understanding, Nova will become the most loyal and affectionate companion. Fun fact: With a birthday on July 3rd, Nova is a Cancer—meaning she’s likely extra affectionate and deeply loyal! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
