About Nubbins
Your new best friend is just one click away. Meet Nubbins (aka Nubby)! If you've ever wanted a cat with a hint of dog-like energy, Nubbins will steal your heart. This endearing, long-haired orange tabby is around 2-3 years old and is bursting with personality, charm, and affection. His signature little nubby tail is not just cute—it even wags when he's delighted! Nubbins loves being involved in your day, whether he's following you from room to room, "helping" with chores, or simply staying close to the people he adores. Truly a people-oriented cat, Nubbins thrives on attention. He'll roll at your feet and reach out for more pets, showing just how social he is. Not only does he adore humans, but he fits in beautifully with other cats and would make a fantastic addition to a multi-cat home. Whether he's perched on a high spot or trailing behind you like a loyal, tiny orange shadow, Nubbins brings warmth and happiness into any home. Nubbins overcame a previous foot injury and, thanks to loving foster care, now lives comfortably—he just prefers not to overexert himself with sprints. He is also FIV+, which means he'll be happiest and safest as an indoor-only kitty. With a gradual introduction, he can safely live with non-FIV cats. His diagnosis is easily managed and shouldn’t deter anyone from embracing him. Despite past challenges, Nubbins radiates love, resilience, and a touch of goofiness. If you dream of a loyal, endlessly affectionate companion who might even convince you he has some canine in him, Nubbins is ready to become your best friend. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
