Tantor
AvailableTantor is a 15 year, 7 month old neutered male Domestic Short Hair in Bountiful, UT. He is orange and red, small, and house trained. Tantor has received his vaccinations and, thanks to a past house fire and age, enjoys wet food only and requires daily kidney drops to keep him stable. This affectionate senior is searching for a quiet home where he can be the center of attention.
About Tantor
Meet Tantor! Tantor is a standout cat with a big personality that fills a room. He’s happiest chasing his string wand, catching naps in strange positions—often on his back with all four paws in the air—and eating his favorite wet food. When he’s not playing, expect to see him lounging around, showing off his quirky, relaxed poses that make everyone smile. He’s deeply loyal to his people and needs to be the only cat in the home, so all the attention stays on him. After surviving a house fire and being revived by firefighters, Tantor’s spirit never faded. He came to Whiskers after losing his previous home and has adjusted better than anyone could hope for, even though he still walks a little crooked due to arthritis. Senior bloodwork looks great, and apart from needing daily kidney drops (easily mixed into food), he doesn’t require much extra care. Tantor lives for gentle affection, tasty meals, and a comfortable routine. He’s ready to relax, bond, and bring love into a home as the singular feline in your life. What are you waiting for?
