Togepi is the sister of Charmander and Bulbasaur. Togepi is one of the sweetest gals you ever met. She is very shy and submissive upon meeting. But she warms up once she senses she's not in danger. Togepi also is not very socialized and cannot be walked by collar, but she walks perfectly fine with a harness. She, like Charmander, is very sensitive to sound. However, Togepi is very smart and follows a strong leader. She does very well with treats to be a part of her training as well.
