Meet Georgette, a beautiful young retriever cattledog or aussie mix rescued with her siblings at 4 mos old from the Bakersfield Kern County shelter. Fast forward 2 months. Georgette is now 6 mos old, spayed, vaccinated and will be microchipped before she is adopted. What a sweetie! Georgette is good with other dogs, and while a bit shy, she's friendly with everyone, 2 legged and 4. She is learning her leash manners and soon will be power walking with the gang at the kennel. Georgette is very busy and active, and is used to being with other dogs. She would be best in a home with dog experienced owners and another dog or two in the home or someone home most of the time. We know the perfect home is out there for Ms. Georgette, we just need to help her find it.
