About Trevor
Meet Trevor. He didn't have an easy start—first in the hands of someone who wanted to force him to fight, then chained outside for years with no vet care. An uncle stepped up and saved his life, but Trevor still spent too long confined. When community volunteers met him through a low-cost spay/neuter program, they did what they could to make his life better, bringing him food and fixing his pen. It took an injury for Trevor to finally leave that situation for good. Now, Trevor is thriving in a foster home with a retired couple and soaking up attention. He listens well, has solid house manners, and crates easily—just naps when left alone. He loves cuddles, prefers being wherever his people are, and enjoys daily walks. He meets new people and dogs politely, rides well in the car, and his overall energy is moderate. Trevor appreciates a rope toy or two but leans toward cozy naps over constant play. He likes treats, enjoys company, and fits right into a relaxed but active household. Trevor is a sweet companion who'll gladly walk with you, nap by your side, or greet a friendly visitor at the door. Whether he's your only dog or one of a pack, Trevor is ready for a steady, loving home. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
